Vendor rules & regulations / 摊主守则

1. Ready by 4:00 PM. Complete setup and be ready to trade by 4:00 PM on every booked event day. Follow the organiser’s loading and setup schedule.每个参与日须于下午4时前完成布置并准备营业，请遵守主办方的卸货及进场安排。
2. Trade until closing. Keep your stall staffed and operating from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM on every booked event day, including Christmas Eve. No early packing, closure or departure without organiser approval, except when instructed for safety.每个参与日（包括12月24日圣诞夜）须从下午4时营业至晚上10时。未经主办方同意不得提前收摊或离场，安全指示除外。
3. Christmas stall styling. Decorate your stall neatly with a clear Christmas theme. Keep signs, displays and stock within your allocated space; do not damage or alter supplied structures.摊位须整洁并布置圣诞主题装饰，招牌、陈列及存货须置于指定范围内，不得损坏或改动提供的设施。
4. Approved products only. Sell only products or run activities approved in your application. Changes, booth sharing, transfers or subletting require prior organiser approval. Display prices clearly.仅可售卖或进行获批准的产品及活动；更换产品、共用、转让或分租摊位须事先获批准，并须清楚标价。
5. Food hygiene & requirements. Food vendors must meet applicable food-handling, hygiene and permit requirements, keep food safely covered and stored, and accurately declare ingredients and halal or pork-free status. Do not claim halal certification without valid certification.食品摊主须符合适用的食品处理、卫生及准证要求，妥善遮盖及储存食品，如实说明食材及清真或无猪肉状态，未持有效认证不得宣称清真认证。
6. Electricity & fire safety. Declare all appliances and power needs in advance. Use only approved connections and equipment; do not overload sockets. Gas, open flames, high-heat appliances and generators require prior approval and any necessary safety measures.须预先申报设备及用电需求，仅可使用获准的接驳及设备，不得超负荷用电。煤气、明火、高温设备及发电机须事先获批并落实所需安全措施。
7. Cleanliness & waste. Keep your stall and surrounding area clean throughout trading. Bag and remove waste as directed; do not discharge oil, food waste or wastewater into drains. Leave the space clean after closing.营业期间保持摊位及周边清洁，按指示收集及处理垃圾，不得将油脂、厨余或污水倒入排水沟，收摊后须清理场地。
8. Access, weather & venue care. Keep walkways, stairs, fire exits and access routes clear. Secure stock and decorations against wind and rain, protect electrical items, and follow organiser instructions during bad weather or emergencies.不得阻塞走道、楼梯、消防出口及通道；做好防风雨措施，保护电器，并遵守恶劣天气及紧急情况指示。
9. People, pets & belongings. Be courteous to visitors, neighbours and fellow vendors. Keep products and hot equipment safely separated from visiting pets and children. Vendors are responsible for supervising their stall, staff, stock and personal belongings.礼貌对待访客、邻近单位及其他摊主，确保产品及高温设备与宠物和儿童保持安全距离，摊主须照管摊位、员工、货品及个人财物。
10. Compliance & deposit. Follow applicable authority requirements, venue rules and reasonable organiser instructions. Breaches may require immediate correction or suspension of unsafe activity. The RM100 cash deposit refund remains subject to compliance with the event terms.须遵守适用的主管机关要求、场地规则及主办方合理指示。违规可能须立即纠正或暂停不安全活动，RM100现金押金须在遵守活动条款的情况下退还。
